Hormonal Tests –

• LH, FSH – Low with normal testosterone suggestive of hynopituitarism, exogenous FSH suppression by testosterone chemotherapy
• Karyotyping – Klinefelters syndrome (XXY)
• Y micro deletion testing
• Testicular Biopsy
